• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you the replacement product within 7 business days.
